Not much help, but I'm parking in Bath and getting the bus.

Try Bedminster Cricket Club if you can get there early enough. Or Greenway Bush Lane. A lot of the residential streets near the stadium have 24-hour residents permit schemes.

You can cycle from Bath. Done it a few times. Quite nice.

When I went to the Rovers game we stayed in the centre and just parked in a multi storey pretty easily. Going myself this week in some kind of symmetry to the year and staying there again.

It looks about a 45 min walk though so may not be best if you are intending to drive back to Suffolk after the game.

I think Gatwick is a good bet.

Contributing nothing helpful here, but I went to Bristol once for a couple of days and walking around I was amazed/impressed by the number of fine club cricket grounds. W.G.Grace country, of course.

I've done it too. Did it for the match that was cancelled at the start of lockdown.
We knew the game was off, but we still met up in the pub in Bristol as we had all travelled down the day before.
It's a great cycle route, but I don't think an evening kick-off in October is the best time to do it!
