I think it was 5 for a gold card last year (you had to have a season ticket to get a gold card) and 5 for the membership this year. Then they added the number for how many away games you had been to last year.
So anyone with just 5 points this year can only have just got a membership this year and not been to any away games last season or this. [Post edited 3 Nov 2023 16:58]

I’m on 14 and miss out on a lot of games. I managed to get Sheff Wed but I would have defo gone to Sunderland, Huddersfield, Brum and WBA given the chance. I nearly bought Rotherham just for the extra points because I can’t go. But it didn’t seem right. Proud of the support. Long May it continue. | | | |

We’ve just been unlucky. We put off buying season tickets until we got back from Greece and missed out by a couple of days. For many away games last season we paid on the day, for which the club obviously has no record. So no points for us. This year is different for us, as we can now commit to Saturdays. I think the club could set up a reserves list for returns. I’d happily pay all the admin fees for the chance to see the Towen on the road. | | | |

Yes, seven away games last season but only started on five because the only membership we had (me and two sons) were season tickets. So it’s nonsense for anyone to say those starting on five this season didn’t go to any away games last season - not sure where that reasoning is coming from. We’re now on 10 but every time it’s been a case of online at 10am to have a chance of getting tickets. Suspect it’s going to get harder as the season goes on. | | | |
