The red card killed the game 17:00 - Jan 1 with 779 views | Dubtractor | From that point on they just shut up shop and played for a nil nil. We were getting on top until that happened, somewhat frustrating.

Our midfield today was first choice but most were 5/10 performances. Minimum 4 signings needed - 2 x strikers, LB and RB.
Totally agree on 17:01 - Jan 1 with 743 views | unstableblue | We were better second half and I think the subs could have made the difference But Schumacher went deep and the lines were hard to break down

The red card killed the game on 17:03 - Jan 1 with 698 views | J2BLUE | Agree but it's on us to break them down. I have to say I find the last two games quite encouraging. We haven't played well but should have won both. I think if we had Hirst we would have won them. This little tricky spell may have come at just the right time as it's very clear we need to upgrade 2-3 of the squad players if we're going to keep challenging. I think we will spend to bring in some quality. Certainly nothing to panic about, not that that will stop the usual suspects.

The red card killed the game on 17:05 - Jan 1 with 641 views | TractorWood | That's kind imo. A red card is a good thing for us. We were static, final ball was dire. No variation, always giving naive fouls away and being obviously offside. I know there are injuries but this squad needs serious enforcements.

The red card killed the game on 17:09 - Jan 1 with 589 views | Ryorry | It actually always worries me when oppositions go down to 10 men, never seems to prove an advantage - in fact, and I don’t have stats, but often seems to gee them up into going on to score themselves.
