What he does it improve players to their maximum ability and encourages the whole collective.
What he cant do is magic up ideal strikers from other clubs at relatively low transfer fees.

My issue is we needed improvement in the summer and failed - Scarlett was never the answer and felt like a panic signing, hence he joined on the last day of the transfer window. It's fine to say it's early in THIS window, that is true, but if we take a step back and look at the bigger picture, it's been something which we have struggled with for much longer. | |
