Tbh, you could look at our away kit being the same.
Red and maroon can be seen to clash. So we will just end up wearing our home kit on alot of away games.. does it matter? Not overly. |  | | |

Yes so how useful is their "away" kit then. Because actually they probably won't wear their home kit either, they'll bring out a 3rd choice kit instead. Or no doubt there will be one game that ends up with the home team in away kits to avoid the tv colour clash with their away kit.
There's an element where kit colour clashes are unfortunate and there is an element where it's deliberate, this falls in the very deliberate bucket.
Plus I can't imagine many Utd fans being happy called the blues, maybe they're trying to appeal to those London Chelsea based fans as it's a dead ringer for one of their old home kits. | | | |

Strangely enough blue has been a staple of away UTD kits for years, especially in the 90's and 2000's.
When I was a kid, most away kits for utd included blue somewhere. So this isn't new at all. | | | |

I can't tell if you're just being silly, they'll obviously wear it against Liverpool, Arsenal, Probably Palace, Brentford, Southampton, Forest, Bournemouth, West Ham. |  |
