Big comparison. Tord Grip talked about him and Head for England at one point but I think I know what you mean and I hope you’re right.
In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!
Blimey. Hard to compare two very different types of player, but Jamma was pure class on his day. Composed, classy and could make it look easy. Harness always looks like he's trying to catch a chicken
I do hope you're right and that he steps up and can impact games in the PL. We need a full squad ready to go, even if they only come on for the last 20 mins (as we saw last season). And he certainly had a role to play last season, so why not?

I think Harness is perhaps our most composed player on the ball, and has made a vital contribution in all the games he has played since falling out of the reckoning following his injury a couple of seasons ago.

Harness can defo be a thrills player. He has some weaknesses e.g control back to goal but he's quite all action and is dangerous around the box. He's played himself into a squad position for the Prem and all credit to him!
Jamma was a great technical player. Super control, hardly gave it away. The ball doesn’t stick to Harness in the same way and Jamma wouldn’t have given the ball away in our area like Harness did today.
I guess you are talking about Jermaine Wright. (I ain't any good with nicknames) I think Harness could have a real impact this season. (from the bench)

He has had a fabulous preseason, works hard off the ball and creates well. I have been impressed.

I really like him and there is still growth potential in that type of player. He’s also quite adaptable admittedly all at lower levels. I wouldnt single him out in that way, many of the squad are going to be challenged by what they face in a few weeks time. Consistency will be king. Harness in beast mode can make a great contribution for us. More of that.
