It’s for members who attended at least 1 home game last season, you have to enter the ballot manually, you then get an email a couple of days later informing you if you’re successful. |  |

This is for home games, have to have attended at least one home game to enter the ballots, you enter from the Monday until Tuesday 5pm on the ticketing site, no info on the away one yet but should be in the coming days. [Post edited 8 Aug 2024 20:09]

You enter on the ITFC ticket site, just like you are buying a ticket for the game... but you are 'buying' an entry into the ballot, which is of course free. They put the info up when they announce general ticket details for each home game.
(Not seen details yet for away game ballot but assume the same will apply)
I got a 'congratulations' email from the club around lunch time, which is when folks who were lucky for Liverpool said they got theirs too. | | | |

They said the ballot will take place once the tickets have sold out, so assume info will be released tomorrow and emails/socials will post the details. | |

I don't think it harms your chances at all. You should get the same chance as if each entered separately but you don't risk one getting a ticket while the other doesn't. | |
