In an attempt to focus away from transfers for a few minutes - what's the latest with the training ground development?
I presume we're waiting for the works at Portman Road to finish before starting another big project. Seem to recall it was being touted as starting at some point soon though and haven't heard anything since the plans were shown off. |  | | |  |

Yes that's what I was thinking too. Suppose it's fair enough given the amount of work going on both on and off the pitch!
Hopefully the planning permission won't take long once the application is in - you'd like to think the council will be keen to push forward positive moves when investment is there. | | | |

I wondered if now we are prem. Could we look to build a mew training centre in a different location.
I swear Ashton once spoke of it not being in an ideal location but I could have just invented that in my memory bank. |  |
