It's an interesting comparison as they both played in the same Rotherham team. Like Ladapo, Ogbene had spent all his career in Championship or L1, mostly L1, until last season when he was in the Prem and relegated with Luton.

Obviously we're in the Prem and the buying club so we're going to overpay for players based on their real worth.

Ogbene is proven effective in Prem. Ladapo is proven effective in L1 and 31. He just had unfortunately a poor loan spell at Charlton and was cut from team. Ladapo will go with the best of wishes but he will go on a free with us paying off some of the wages unfortunately. But he still played a big part for us and thankful. [Post edited 28 Aug 2024 10:54]
