It's all very random! I logged on at 9.30 and got queue number 165 and was able to buy three tickets together at 10.02am. My son logged on at same time and got queue number 6655!
So far, we've only missed out on one match, so feeling very fortunate. | | | |

Got 3500 odd in queue, it said estimated wait 30 minutes, went to make a cup of tea and found I’d already been let in. No tix left though. This was about 1015!
Finally got one in a green block, only a single, website said I could only buy with a junior ticket as it’s a family area. Fair enough, but if there’s only a single left, how do you buy a junior ticket with it? Anyone know? | | | |

I'm not sure that is possible in family area as child has to be accompanied by an adult.

yep! I actually got one in west originally (restricted) but managed to swap to a better seat via the phone (with it in my basket)
heard someone on the phone talking to a customer. "well if his a man utd fan, he shouldn't be here, but contacting man utd"

I joined the queue bang on 9.30 and was 4000 in the queue. A friend joined at about 9.35, was number 7000 in the queue and got in to buy tickets 5 mins before me. Very strange | | | |

It's crazy to me that people still don't understand the simple and fairly universal system that is used on the ticket site.
It is exactly random and that is the point. When you join the waiting room is irrelevant as long as it is between 0930hrs and 1000hrs. [Post edited 21 Oct 2024 12:43]

I'm hoping to get tickets for an upcoming home game for two people with a membership who live abroad and who aren't used to buying tickets themselves.
They are listed as Friends and Family.
I am a season ticket holder with a membership but it looks like I can't, using my account, enter the ballot, as the ballot will only show to those entitled to enter the ballot.
As regards the subsequent sale to members without a season ticket, can I get tickets for them using my account (assuming I get through in the queue)? Or will they have to try to buy the tickets themselves? [Post edited 21 Oct 2024 15:41]

Presumably bots or staff buy them. Or fans sell them.
On Saturday a lad with a thick scouse accent made our whole row get up 5 minutes into the game as he obviously had no idea where his seat was. |  |
