Merson still has some character and valuable insight, I also like Tim Sherwood as he has Rodney Marsh vibes, however the presenter is so bland - don't understand why Julian Warren didn't get the gig as he is so much better and has a great sense of humour. It's not really about woke and women though, it's about good and bad.
Soccer Saturday is not as good as before, agreed, but that's because mainly because Simon Thomas is not Jeff Stelling. I wouldn't call Tim Sherwood a woke choice. And what did Phil Thompson really add before? Sue Smith seems to know what she's talking about.
As the for the full times, they had Claire Tomlinson the other day and another lady tonight (don't know her name) and agree they were both dreadful. The one tonight was chuckling over her own mistakes. But that's because they were crap, not because they were women. I bet loads of female football fans would have heard that and thought wtf I could read those scores out perfectly. |  |
