Not a fan of all the handballs now but it actually moved toward the ball and he wasn't that close! Those seem to be given more often then not now.

Surely those should become an indirect freekick.

It's clearly hit the arm. And the arm has stopped the ball from potentially being attacked by a forest player. Therefore something needs to be given.

If its not a pen because they feel the arms in a natural position or whatever fine. But least make it an indirect freekick as it has had an effect
