Honestly, this is shocking. It’s not like City need any help, but we look like we've given up.

Just make 4 changes, pack the defence and midfield and stop it getting any worse.

Panic at the back just a minute ago aside, we've actually looked better on the ball than recent games. Far fewer cases of needlessly conceding posession with long ablls and we've carried the ball up the pitch well.

But we're obviously miles off their level.

Won't do his employers any good either. He's had a fair few chances now. Yes, he had a good game against Bristol Rovers. He may well have another one against them before too long. Can't see him starting for Town again in too much of a hurry.

His lack of output compared with his price tag is a bit of a head scratcher.

He has to be our most disappointing signing this season. Doesn’t look ready to step up to the PL so a Championship loan in this window might still be a good idea for his development and confidence.
