Talk of Cunha moving on.. 09:01 - Jan 22 with 4986 viewsYppswyche

..How greatly do we feel our chances improve in the shootout for 17th with Wolves if the spectacles crusher is removed from that equation? Interesting to see how we’re improving our squad this month while seemingly Wolves, and our other rivals, can’t afford to? Southampton possibly cashing in on Dibling already seeing as their season is toast

Mate, they've lost seven on the spin, scoring two goals in the process.

They've averaged 2.70 goals conceded per away game all season.

The defence they have isn't capable of grinding out anything.

I firmly believe that come the end of the season KM will be the difference between relegation and survival. Leicester under RVN seem to be inept as nd I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s sacked before the end of the season - but hopefully when relegation is an almost certainly.

Plus the Wolves manager seems to be a tad out of his depth considering he’s an experienced coach.

I think it's maybe 70/30 in Wolves favour to stay up with him and probably drops as significant an amount to 60/40 if he leaves. He's good enough to win games on his own and (similar probably to Delap with us) they don't have tonnes of goals or single-mindedness elsewhere in their side.

He's a player far too good for their position and they won't be able to find a replacement anywhere near his level. The ideal situation would it causing a bit more upset in their stroppier other players too (Lemina, Ait Nouri etc.). Could be a straight shootout between us in the game at our place in April.

I think Wolves have some quality and move the ball well, and are good going forward. But there is real strife at the club and as Phil mentioned on TWTV they are having ‘one of this seasons’ with managers sacked, captains demoted etc etc

Vito has publicly criticised Cunha, despite making him captain. In short they lack our cohesion and spirit. Plus the fan base think they are going to get relegated.

I’d say it’s still 60/40 in their favour.

But if Cunha leaves and we make another good signing then it’s 50/50 for me.

Think their fan base will lose the plot - interestingly they see Cunha as stroppy, but understand his huge importance.

We have to be 3 or 4 points ahead of them after the next 6, that is important

Would be a massive positive if he were to leave.

Everything goes through him up top - he takes the corners, he’s involved in nearly all of the attacking play.

Let’s hope he does go!

be good news for us but surely they wont let him go?

He will want to of course but SSN says he has a contract to 2027

Strikes me as thinking he is bigger than Wolves and his manager did dig him out at the weekend about his attitude

fingers crossed

It's not Wolves im worried about, I wouldn't put it past Leicester to start firing again soon.

Spurs Away, Everton Away, Arsenal Home, Brentford Home, and West Ham away are their next 5 - there are some very winnable matches in that run. Whatever happens, town has to be putting more points on the board pretty quick.

Leicester? Appointing RVN relegated them. Terrible decision.
