We threw away our super power at the start of the season. 16:55 - Feb 1 with 3029 views | Marshalls_Mullet | Decided pretty much all of the promotion team were no good before a ball was kicked. Team spirit and understanding of how we play was lost. [Post edited 1 Feb 16:56]

Our team togetherness, understanding and never say die determination were all key last year. We’ve lost a little bit of all of them. But we obviously needed to strengthen as well.

We threw away our super power at the start of the season. on 17:54 - Feb 1 by StokieBlue | Second time today (that I've seen) that you've had a go at fellow fans and posters. Give it a rest. SB |
Why do you think you have the right to tell people what to do on here? And where in this am I having a go at fellow fans? I’m raising the point about “gelling”, which was derided a long time back but is very evident now, no? Only it’s going unchecked for some reason. That’s not a pop at the OP, it’s a statement about the current state of things.

We threw away our super power at the start of the season. on 18:01 - Feb 1 by Nthsuffolkblue | On the same logic we are not winning any other points all season ... and yet we have 16. |
You are ignoring the psychological damage done by the defeat today and the fact we have played all the bottom teams now at home except Spurs! We have been a team for the last two years of momentum and it is sadly now a downwards momentum. [Post edited 1 Feb 18:25]

We threw away our super power at the start of the season. on 18:35 - Feb 1 with 282 views | garyinavault | My two cents. I mostly agree with OP. The manager has always talked about togetherness and running towards adversity, being brave etc. First thing he does when we go up is talk to Man Utd, Brighton and Chelsea about a move. Ok not to blame him for that, but that does not match up with the culture you have established at the club. Secondly, the players that did stand together, and did all the hard work of getting us here, the ones who clearly had high morale and a good level of comraderie, saw that too. And then they got phased out. Now we have a team that is trying to gel itself together and we have lost everything we had when we went up.

Yes but maybe in a less dramatic way Our centre halves were discarded when they have not done much wrong. Chaplin and Broadhurst have been under used. Our goalie has been replaced by someone not much better. At right back we have brought in people no better

Re your last, we were, err. "thumb"strung by Axel's injury. Also Chaplin injured & Broady managed return haven't helped. Agree with rest Think it would have helped to keep Cam in the starting line up.
