Laura the weather girl on GMB is terrible for it,if you believed her you would never go out.

She also has a habit of being concerned about CC,whilst jetting off half way round the World to watch some rocket take a weather satellite into orbit.

More of a towny/city- dwellers’ thing I think.

I think if you live in the countryside you are definitely more in tune with the weather,more so if you work the land etc,or even exercise outside in the said countryside.
