Speaking as a general sale bod, it was an oblique reference to hoping to see empty seats for games next season - if we go down - so that I can possibly buy a ticket to some games. | | | |

Plenty, including me, critise the ticket office when they mess up, so important to say well done when they get it right. Clearly they couldn't have been more spot on here, some said we should have taken more tickets but they would have been wasted.

Yeah, fair call... I was originally concerned when they didn't take the full allocation, but looks like they've got it spot on.
Also, they seem to be able to get decent service out of the Royal Mail, my tickets always seem to arrive efficiently, unlike most of my other post. | |

They did get it spot on. It's a shame that the armchair fan is prioritised over those of us who go to games, and thus we were robbed of what should have been a fun Saturday away day at a historic ground with a quarter-final at stake. Instead, we will be background noise for those scrolling on their phones at home. |  |
