Constantly diving, whinging and trying for the small advantage. They are making Brighton look like a saintly team. The same Brighton who mastered sh!thousery in the Portman Road match.

We have Martin Tyler on the international broadcast and he keeps saying what a fantastic game it is, and how the crowd are on the edge of their seats . Must be a different game to what I’m seeing. It’s mildly interesting but hardly a classic.

Two sides knowing this is the best chance they ever have of winning the cup in modern times and are scared to lose it.

We have a new name for cheating now. It's ‘game management’. Everyone got starry-eyed over Newcastle’s win in the League Cup but glossed over the fact that they managed to restrict game time to about 3 minutes in the last 13. It’s rampant cheating and there’s not a lot the officials can do as it’s so widespread and normalised.

I'd like to see the so called 'professional foul' get a straight red - as in the Ryan Yates booking - regardless of who else is in front of the player fouled

That's why the Lewis-Skelley red at Wolves was fair game in my opinion.

It's a tough one though, it's so ingrained in the game that it would be quite a drastic thing to change that offence to a red card, and it could ruin a few matches.

Could you count them as double in terms of the yellow card count across the season, making the player at more risk of getting a ban sooner?

It's what wins you games these days. We need to learn a little from it. Many times this season we could have drawn free kicks, but our players are to honest. It's the modern way unfortunately.

The time wasting antics could be removed easily at the top level by going down the rugby route of stopping the clock for injuries, subs, ball out of play. It could be ball in play for two halves of 30mins (number picked at random) rather than 45 mins plus an arbitrary amount added on. Same as rugby game would end when the ball goes out of play beyond the 30 mins. That would remove a lot of the 'sh1thousery' that has crept into the game.

They're a funny side, clearly there's some very talented young players in their team but it's quite a functional style and quite cynical too as you say. They spent a lot of time in the City ground falling over around the edges of the box, looking to get a lot of balls into the box for wood.

You can't begrudge the fun their fans are having though

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!
