That the first day of sales will be to people buying the album, then the second day is priority for ITFC members.

But the email I just got from the club, and all the stories with the EADT etc, don’t mention this

It would appear that only the Friday is the ITFC fan option before general sale as both sat & sun go from album order to gen sale, and Friday is album ITFC and gen sale.

So if you want to go on the sat or sun buy the album or wait for gen sale

I might be reading it wrong, but the below is a link to sign up for a pre-sale code, without having to pre-order / pay for the album:

So the club have done a massive love-in and there is no priority for STs or members at all?

I know that was then, but it could be again..

There must be something, Ticketmaster wouldnt just randomly add that section to their official site for no reason.

My guess is the club wanted to announce this separately as their news to tell. But seems weird they wouldn’t do that on the initial announcement, as they must have known hundreds of people would reply showing their annoyance at no ITFC pre sale.

Why would they ?

Did they do ones for Tina Turner, Elton John, Red Hot Chili's? As I don't recall it being the case.

Because he's invested in the club, he wanders around in an ITFC shirt, he's the shirt sponsor, it's at our ground, the boxing chap did let STHs get advanced access etc etc

It's so basic.

He's playing 3 nights.. are people really worried about not getting a ticket?

Besides, if you are unlucky, go see Rival Sons the previous Monday night at the Corn Exchange

It wouldn't surprise me if it ends up being linked to a forthcoming announcement regarding 25/26 memberships.

25/26 members getting priority for Ed tickets would be a semi-decent inducement to try and drive uptake, given that most ST holders and away-going fans outside the 30+ club probably won't be bothering next season.

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

That needs to be announced within the next day or two then.
As the tickets will be on sale Thursday.

Also, some might fork out for an album for the pre sale THEN get stung for a membership fee too.

Bit naughty really.

£12 for a cd spread across four tickets you might buy, is only £3, which is nothing compared to the price of the actual tickets (£90 plus).
