Best bet will be to call their cancellation line (0333 759 1018) and ask to cancel your subscription, which should trigger the discounting process. Call their bluff if you have to, and agree to start your 30-day notice period. Even if you don't get anything whilst you're on that call, chances are you'll get a call or an email after a few days trying to persuade you to come back. |  |

I had multiple chats with them and they were super friendly but in the end left for talk talk (very happy with them) as just couldn't get sky to budge on price. Had been with them 18 months and had got a very good deal in the first place so them putting me up a decent chunk was essentially just putting me on par with normal rates. But I just don't watch that much of their TV and stuff so wasn't worth staying for the extra. Father in-law however following exactly same process got about £30 down but he'd been paying well over the odds |  |
