Your heroes came third, Labour won a victory that from all reports was a surprise. Adding the Tories to the Reform vote is pretty desperate, they limped in with 6%. You're doing what all politicians seem to do in by-elections, desperately try to claim a win of sorts, even though they lost. You were all excited about this one when you went to bed last night, hence telling us the results would be interesting. But sadly, you came third, even though by-elections are where people historically vote against the government. What with that Reform MP being called dumb by her own chairman for the ban-the-burqas gaff, and then the chairman of the party resigning because Reform is a waste of his time, your lot look on shaky ground already and we're nowhere near a General Election.

Maybe you should say who you do like or who/what you would like to see instead? When you only ever criticise and it’s only ever aimed at Labour, and using language used by the gutter right wing press, it’s not surprising people fill in the blanks.

The guy standing behind Rachael Reeves (n/t) on 20:04 - Jun 6 by StNeotsBlue | That's a bit strong isn't it? Speaking as someone from a proud Unionist, Labour supporting, Remain voting family of Rangers fans on my Dad's side. I'll let the tw@t comment slide as it is apt in one or two cases, the inbreeding jibe is I'm pleased to say way off the mark. Edit: Unionist in terms of being a firm believer that we are stronger and better off with the four nations linked and I don't see any problem with being proud to be from the UK whilst simultaneously being socialist. My parents were both Scottish Presbyterians but not from Glasgow, and I must admit I find the Union Jacks on display at Rangers' games rather bizarre for a team that purports to be Scottish. Sadly, I suppose it is evidence to a large extent of the sectarianism in Northern Ireland transported to Glasgow, especially given the fact many of their fans hail from there. I would much prefer the sectarianism (including flags) taken out on both sides, and it is interesting to note that Hibs are much less tribal in that sense, taking their support in the main from the local area rather than on religious grounds. [Post edited 6 Jun 22:14]

Scotland hasn't been a Labour stronghold for a very long time. They won one seat there in 2019, ffs. The SNP have been the dominant political force there for years now but you make no mention of them, even though they got the second most votes. Why is that? Is it because the two parties getting the most votes aren't right of centre so it doesn't suit your blinkered arguments?

Stop using facts, they don’t count. Starmer has ruined the country which was fantastic last July and the sooner he is gone the better it will be for everyone apparently. Wibble

It's said you lose an argument when you resort to personal insults. I state facts - not my facts, just facts Unfortunately, some choose to disregard fact/truth (or for some bizarre reason, are frightened of it), so all they've got is hurling personal abuse & I refuse to be dragged into your personal insults Parodies are just me indulging in a light-hearted hobby - if you don't like them, don't read them (you can always block me) I'm sure when you indulge in your hobby, your right hand falls asleep

Your comments are not facts, they are at best regurgitated nonsense from a Tommy Robinson loving website. If you believe them, then you are at best gullible. That is about as polite a response that I can muster at the moment

What were you expecting in the first 10 months after 14 years of Tory misrule? It’s not possible to solve all of the countries problems that quickly as all but an imbecile knows. We can start to judge them properly in a couple of years time and if people’s lives aren’t better then they will get voted out in 2029, that’s how it works. You’re pointless anti Labour posts, not about policy, but how someone looks or sounds like or someone pulling a funny face behind them are what is so wrong about so many people in this country, and generally the hard of thinking ones of which you are a prime example. Oh and it’s Rachel Reeves not Rachael Reeves, by the way. [Post edited 7 Jun 11:51]

I should think most of us on this forum would do a better job than this disastrous labour lot for a start! I don't know who still votes Labour - it's embarrassing! Unless you're among those who think it's all going well!
