Such a weird take
Sure it's pretty easy to find things you dislike about any sitting government but in general fastest growing economy in the G7, hospital waiting lists down, a few trade deals over the line etc is hardly "embarrassing"

What were you expecting in the first 10 months after 14 years of Tory misrule?
It’s not possible to solve all of the countries problems that quickly as all but an imbecile knows.
We can start to judge them properly in a couple of years time and if people’s lives aren’t better then they will get voted out in 2029, that’s how it works.

Genuine question, what do you think has got worse under Labour?
I know our media has been even more crazy than before in constantly attacking the Government but under most objective measures things are improving surely? (trade deals, NHS waiting lists, workers rights, economic indicators etc etc)
Personally, I've found Starmer's Labour to be a bit of a let down, they don't appear to have much vision and are far too scared of their own shadow.
But they're a thousand times better than what went before. | | | |
