While I agree in regard to recruitment and analysis, it’s also very difficult to recruit that level of athleticism because they cost and we would have to convince a player as a newly promoted team that we can compete. Theres also the complication of looking abroad and then taking time to adapt which you cannot afford as a newly promoted team. Buying the best of championship didn’t work either, though!

I think we did try to bring some of it in last summer with Phillips, Ogbene and Cajuste all in the 'athletic' mold but injuries meant they never really played consistently together. | |

I think “physicality” comes in many forms. I read it more as athleticism and endurance not necessarily that you need 11 players that are 6ft+ powerhouses. Someone like Leif Davis for example has PL physicality. Omari is another one. | | | |
