The current EFL clubs who haven’t had a league attendance dip below 20,000 in the last 10 seasons (excluding COVID affected games):

◼️ Derby County
◼️ Leicester City
◼️ Norwich City
◼️ Southampton

👏👏

Just saw this, can't say enough how much I hate them and their "we support our team through thick and thin" attitude

"league attendance never dip below 20,000 in the last 10 seasons (excluding COVID affected games), you'll never sing that"

One post, and back home to make little pretend cups from old KitKat foil wrappers with your sister. On your fingers.

A bit early for the summer holidays innit?

Must be a year 11 student who's finished his GCSEs. Got a whole two months of sister bothering to look forward too.

The Budgies seem to have fooled their season ticket holders into being frightened that if they dont renew they wont get it again. So everybody renews. But a look at the stands during a match tells it's own story. Gaps every where.

I live in Norfolk. I know 10-12 season ticket holders at Carrion Road. None of them goes to every match. Most dip in and out (25-75%).

One bloke has been sold the theory so much that he has renewed his two tickets for the last five years and not been at all ! When I asked him why he does not go he said they were so cr@p it made him angry.

One day the bubble will burst and their attendance figures will reflect more accurately their true support.

I'm famous !!
Been meantioned on "binnerwatch".

They got it wrong of course. They said that I had spoken to a bloke that had a season ticket for 2 years and had not been once ....

Ha, ha. I know him well.

To be precise, as I said, he has two season tickets, one for himself and one for his boy (Who is now 21). He has not been to a match for 5 years because they are cr@p (His words) but he does not want to lose his seat just in case miracles happen.

But has not allerted NCFC that his son is no longer not a child because the seat is cheaper.

Ha, ha.

Don't forget, a Nodge home crowd you can reliably reduce by 20% as they count them not at the turnstiles, but by those inside in that dreadful colour combo when their hands are aloft

Just out of interest, I looked up the Ipswich and Norwich all time records. Norwich lead by 8 fans per game (17,886 − 17,878), according to ChatGPT (yes yes, disclaimer suitably issued), which would mean that we would need to beat them by 765 fans per game this season in order to overtake their all time record. Let's make it happen.

The open top bus is on route as we speak.

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

I'll book the open top bus for you. At least you can put it in the cabinet along with once winning a European GAME.
It takes Participation to a new level.
