I think I use it as a news trigger too - it then makes me head over to the BBC app.

In fact, I think I’d go so far as to say if I could only keep one website, it would be TWTD. It pretty much gives me everything I need (mostly..).

I tend to check the forum first and then go from there. Quite often my first website within 20 mins of waking up

Yep, wake up and straight for a crap and ontoTWTD. Justified for me though as living Australia I've got a whole day of news and threads that have happened over there while I've been asleep.

At present there is a certain anticipation and excitement that there may have been a signing or major development overnight (for me) followed by the disappointment when I realise there is nothing new going on.

Unless there's some kind of transfer saga going on or big news expected, I manage to wait until I get into the office. I'm usually in early (8:30) so I can get a drink and browse the latest headlines, see if there's any responses to my latest zingers on this forum, tally any new up and down arrows for that dopamine hit. Before the rest of the team turn up and I have to pretend I am doing real work.
