You take a grain of truth and embellish it/create a whole lie story from it. You pray upon people’s fears and hatreds. Reform is just a protest rabble, but they are pushing on things people worry about and the current politicians in power and opposition don’t.
So, I know the tories weren’t interested in crime, Cuts, cuts, cuts basically look after number one is what they were all about. Nor were they interested in immigration or defence, health or anything else. How could you be when your mansion in Somerset is so far away from any of it? And if you need medical care, you pay for it with back pocket change.
Sadly, the Labour Party don’t appear interested either. Hold a review, boot the can down the road do anything to strengthen their vote seems to be their only priority.
The inadequacy of the main parties and failure to address what concerns people, real and imaginary, will turn Farage’s shower into a threat if they don’t face up to it.
Btw, Farage's name was pronounced Farridge (not the frenchy version). I know this from Mrs C chatting with somebody who went to his school. I presume changes the pronunciation to make it sound more politically exotic. [Post edited 25 Jul 9:12]
