I feel like our biggest 'issue' this summer has been that we are trying to recruit like a PL club without actually being one. Logic dictates that for a lot of our targets we are not going to be their first choice move and/or their clubs are not going to sanction them leaving until they have replacements. I feel like there will be a lot of movement next week and chips will begin to fall once the PL clubs all get their houses in order. |

I had a dream last night that the Sindre deal got done. He spoke really well at the press conference, seemed a lovely lad. The only slight negative was when I left the shower on rinsing my wetsuit in the press room and it nearly caused a flood. Luckily Sindre had the quick wits to turn the shower off, and even saw the funny side afterwards.

The problem with late incoming signings is that we risk a chance of having players, we would ideally move on, still on the books but not in the squad. |  |
