As a side note, I didn't notice / know this until recently...

If you want to double-check if you've succeeded: Once you know the ballot has been drawn, log in to the ticket site and go to 'Personal Details'. If you've been successful, under the 'My Profile' section, you see something like '25/26 - Southampton Home Ballot - Successful'.

My ballot notifications had been disappearing into 'junk' but I hadn't noticed until I checked here.
