The thing that made me laugh is when they eventually got the big garden forks out they only stuck them in 3 or 4 inches. They needed to go the full 9 inches to disperse all that water. Not sure how deep the under soul heating is but I assume it is lower than 9 inches.
The whole thing seemed like we had morphed back to the 80s and things like this were common place. I'm sure they could get a better drainage solution even if there is a river running behind a stand. |  | | |
