...that's how GREAT this club is!

Thanks Gamechanger, Ashton, McKenna, Players and Fans - you're all magnificent.

What I did like was that the players pointed to the kid getting the shirt - none of this evil snatching business.

What I didn't like, was that Ivan did not point to me a dozen rows back and launch it my way. Felt like age discrimination.

This is the Cambridge dictionary definition of a fan.

someone who admires and supports a person, sport, sports team, etc.

As it is, I thought we had the better of the first half but the early sending off and worsening pitch did for us. Indeed, the penalty itself was very bizarre and struck me as down to the conditions.

Have you considered a career in pantomime?

Have you had a bang on the head? The OP is clearly about the gestures to the fans who travelled all that way, not about the game itself.

Honestly, I'm stunned to come on here and find so many miserable fockers. Seems like those standing in the rain were less miserable than some of the mopey fockers on here.

Aye, people were in a good mood considering the length off day many will have had and the crappy weather. It’s a day out with friends and family and football can be good or a bit pants. Most people just make the most of it. We are a bit pants but for a lot of people the day out is just as important.

Any besides, who wouldn’t want to travel 500 miles in the pissing rain, get stuck on a shit M6 for an hour and then get diverted off the M5 through Newport for another hour to cheer a few blokes with girls trying to drain a swimming pool? All perfectly normal behaviour.

I try not to downvote people just because they have an opposite view to me, but you make it hard.

Again, it's about the camaraderie at ITFC, not one somewhat disappointing day.

I guess people are very different and you just feel you need to do your thing all the time. Peace, brother. I wish you hope and joy.

He's not always a miserable sod. Not even the TWTD version of Statler/Waldorf. Others are far more negative. He's simply very up and down. Emotions, eh?

See the above mate.

My post was just about the camaraderie which has built up in the club, nothing to do with the performance or result on the day. It's not good for anybody's soul (or for the integration and growth of a very good squad, under a very good manager) to be in a permanent state of butt-hurt and anger that we are not ten points clear at the top of the league.

Good on you. I believe you should take joy in anything that you can.. having had a round of I'll health I'm very much for taking enjoyment from every occasion. Doesn't have to mean that you can't also be critical of the performance. I particularly enjoyed the outrage of Nodge fans of us getting away with a poor performance whilst they lost at home.

I read your post in the spirit it was intended.
It's astonishing some of the replies you've had.
I'm sorry for that.
Keep being positive mate.

FFS. This post was nothing to do with the result today.

I was just loving the joy in the stands.

A lot of you just want to be so fkn miserable all the time don't you?

We got a lucky break today. That'll do.

Do you not think that this forum is saturated with new posters / names all of a sudden since relegation ……not genuine fans just trolls from up the road ?
Serious question.
