I was responding to a one-sided post whereby our tactics and the whole flow of the game was dictated by the abhorrent weather and a referee ( the scoundrel) who made stuff up to beguile us. Apparently, we couldn't play like we did against Sheff Utd because of the conditions. And a red card and penalty was outside our control.
Yes, I do think we've gone overboard a bit on the vuctimhood. And we're likely to be the beneficiaries, not the victims.
I'm pretty sure if we were 1-0 up with 10 minutes to go ( and a man up - that you conveniently didn't mention) and the game was abandoned - we'd be a bit p1ssed off. |

Is that the EFL criteria? But if it was based on percentages it'd probably be 80% that we'd lose that. To win from there .... 1%or 2%?
Look... there's no fair decision and the likelihood is the game will be replayed - 11 v 11 for 90 mins. In which case, we're lucky bùggers and shouldn't be trying to play the victims. We go from 1% or 2% to win from 79 mins to a full replayed game with a full team where I'd say we'd have a pretty decent chance of winning. | | | |

Why can't we be victims? we scored the most goals in the league from 75 minutes in the last championship season, we scored 1 goal after the 75th minute last week
Up until the abandonment, we were getting at the blackburn goal fairly easily actually and it appeared only a matter of time before we scored.
A replay is rightful as a game is for 90 odd minutes, plus KM's football is actually more primed towards the last 15 minutes of games than the 75 minutes before it. |  |

I don't think we looked like we'd score tbh.

Never said we should gift the game, but that we shouldn't act the victim. We're bound to get the replay, but only because there's no real other solution. I'll take it and feel a bit fortunate.
And I'm pretty sure however good a team is at finishing games, they don't aim to be 1 down, a man down at 79 mins. The bookies will change their winning odds to confirm that. Bet none of our fans backed us to win that at 79 mins however good the finishers are. | | | |
