I doubt the Town game will be on any Spanish channel. You could luck out in a bar which has a Sky feed given it's not competing with any Premier League games.

I was in Calella last year. There's a Barcelona supporters pub at one end of the main Street (the less touristy end). I'm sure they'd put it on if they can.
