If you're just stopping at whether he had sex with Virginia Giuffre or not, then yes that would be difficult. I'd like to see more investigation into what else he got up to and how much he knew of what Epstein got up to. If you think the problem is just having sex with one woman who was a lot younger than him, but not actually underage, then that's very naive IMO. | |

I’m not sure which one you’re referring to, but this extract from Giuffre’s memoir is a tough read. Randy Andy pops up a few times, but the coercive control by Mawell and Epstein is chilling.

I don't understand that argument. Michael Jackson paid out millions when he was rodgering school boys (sorry sleeping naked with schoolboys) to stop it going anywhere further, well the aim was to try and stop it.
But, US authorities thought they eventually had enough evidence to go with a criminal case. Ok because of his celebrity status he was eventually found not guilty, but him paying an out of court settlement earlier didn't prevent a criminal case once they thought they had enough evidence. |  | | |
