If you’re a Town fan, you’d be saying it was ridiculously soft and he’s gone over so easily if it was the opposition. I thought it was a penalty but thought the same when Egeli leant on their player at the back post shortly after too. The ref was fairly consistent in not giving any of those fouls most of the match (although he did give a few randomly in the end). |  |

Has to be surely. Similarly a foul just off the pitch elsewhere would surely be a free kick on the pitch at the nearest point to the foul. If the rules give anything different I would be surprised. | |
