The reason would be money , Wardley wouldn’t sell out Wembley or spurs which is what would be needed to generate the pay Usyk would want , he can vacate the belt and get a bigger pay day elsewhere ! Personally I’m glad for Fabio as his now officially heavyweight champion of the world and will be able to defend it in a fight he is more likely to win and hopefully Retain it whilst making some serious money for himself !
