The reason would be money , Wardley wouldn’t sell out Wembley or spurs which is what would be needed to generate the pay Usyk would want , he can vacate the belt and get a bigger pay day elsewhere !

Personally I’m glad for Fabio as his now officially heavyweight champion of the world and will be able to defend it in a fight he is more likely to win and hopefully Retain it whilst making some serious money for himself ! Good lad

Yes, it's a shame Usyk didn't vacate it before Wardley - Parker, so they could have fought for the belt on the night.

But Wardley did win the title in the ring. If he had lost to Parker then Fabio wouldn't be World Champion now.
