It looks like someone needs to tell them. They’ve been gazumped. ‘Your Party’ was announced in July; Polanski took over the Greens end-Aug/start-Sept. With more time, Corbyn and Zultana have done sod all apart from argue about how their party will operate. Meanwhile Polanski has become the poster boy of the left and put the Greens in a polling position they’ve never achieved before.

As someone who spent far too much time on picket lines in his 20's as a paid @narchist agitator as workers were marginalised by the politics of the day I can promise you that there are few people I have less time for than your average Socialist Worker/RCP type. I was able to put that to one side while Corbyn’s Labour were trying to bring in a little basic social democracy into our politics but there you were belittling it and now complicit in a little bit of flag shagging for the bantz....but you do you and your grown up politics. |  |

In my lifetime I’ve seen homosexuality decriminalised, the abolition of capital punishment, several acts of Parliament that has seen a vast improvement in race relations, a rise in home ownership, an expansion in educational opportunities, more workers rights, more health awareness regarding the dangers of smoking with a Parliamentary act banning public smoking, gay marriage, cleaner air, reduction in poverty. So I think engaging in mainstream politics has worked out very well thank you. | |

What does it mean? It seems to be a catch all for anything you don't like or agree with. Define it please. It doesn't offend me. I just don't understand the use of the phrase most of the time you use it. What does anything on this thread have to do with flag shagging?
My leave vote was based on many things. It was a mistake and if I could change it tomorrow to a remain vote I would. Would you?
