My take from a chilly Leicester station platform 17:55 - Dec 13 with 1475 viewsjasondozzell

I thought we looked tired today.

I think KM may have been caught between keeping the team that really did play well against Cov and maybe even more so Stoke and changing things. Suspect he would have changed it more if he could go back.

Some of the poor passing and looking a bit jaded seemed a fatigue thing after the run of games.

I thought Leicester's two wingers caused us trouble all game.

Strange first half. Two really good goals really. But we didn't help ourselves. Couldn't deal with their press.

The key goal for me was the third which I haven't seen back. But that looked very soft. Did Dara think he was fouled?

Good spirit to have at least a fair go at getting back in the game.

This is the championship. Decent points haul really since last international break.

Onwards.

It very much is the championship, that’s the disappointing thing.

It's why it's a great league though. Miles better than the PL.

Don't think today changes much really. Leicester for all their struggles are a good team and have good players. Two very good goals won it.

Onwards. This is an interesting season and compelling in its own way.

Keep the faith!

it was Davis looking for a cheap foul which backfired spectacularly

Tired? Leicester had a tough away game Weds night, they didn’t look tired. We have a large squad that’s been heavily rotated…. Not having tiredness as an excuse.

Ahem. It wasn't rotated for the last three. I think KM got caught between keeping that rhythm from Stoke and changing today. Suspect he would have made more changes if he could go back.

Players get tired. 7 games in 22 days and a lot of travel. Tayls hasn't started such a run of games before I don't think. I thought we looked fatigued a bit. It is a mental thing more than anything.

Two extremely good goals put the game to bed really.

Onwards. Losing to Leicester away is no disgrace.

The result in itself is no disgrace - and actually not a huge surprise - but it was a drab lifeless performance, full of individual mistakes. Overran and out worked in the middle, and nothing much up front. Although if Clarke scores that chance first half all could have been very different .

Did we have a fair go at trying to get back into the game? Other than a gifted goal, I don’t remember us troubling their keeper at all in 2nd half. More sideways passing, players not wanting to shoot and Hirst being unable to hold the ball up.

It's a crap league full of crap teams. It's all we've known since 2002 pretty much and it's a tiresome crap league. I'm so bored of it.

Fans don't like the Prem because Mark Ashton (yet again) was way out of his depth in the transfer market.

Shouldn't be tired after 3 matches.

We use 5 subs in most games too. Half the outfield team doesn't play full matches.

It's much better than the Prem. There's no contest.

There's good teams too.

It's proper football.

I thought the 15 minutes after we got gifted the goal we did the right things. Crowd got involved again.

I'm with you on VAR being crap.

But, with you don't want to see us in the Prem, what's the point? Surely you don't want us to muddle about in the mid to lower reaches of the Championship forever more?

I know what you mean and I'm of course keen for the club to remain ambitious and get back up but ultimately the PL is a dead league.

The way it is now, clubs b with proud histories will never win the league ever again. Just seems wrong.

Dress it how you want, we are very average Championship side.

We are miles off in so many areas that prevents this from being a successful group. Needs a renovation, have said so too many times to remember, but this group isn’t right.

When you know you’ve got a good thing you can sense it, you can’t sense anything from this group.
