Yep, annoying, also while we're at it sometimes I open a thread and the text runs into a blue margin down the right hand side of the page making it hard to read..

For that issue, set the phone to auto-rotates, turn it sideways and refresh the page and turn the phone back , it will then read normally.

Happens if someone posts a link or something that is longer than the screen is wide.
