Go to your 'personal details' page (the page where you can see 'My Friends & Family' listed).
Right-click and 'view source' (or whatever it's called in your browser of choice).
Search for 'var relatedClientsList', you find a list of your linked friends / family members, each person in the list has a 'QualityPoints' value, that's the number of APPs each member has.
Example:
