It was the correct call, he didn’t survive the ground with possession, you just don’t see it too often that it ends up being a pick rather than incomplete. The one that was a bit dodgy was Moss maybe got a way with PI on Cooks on the last drive of regulation, which would have set the Bills up for the win but I’d rather the refs swallow those in the playoffs. Called Buffalo pretty tight on the winning OT drive though.
Shame about Nix, they have half a chance with that D at home. Not that any neutrals will be routing for seeing a backup in the Super Bowl. Been to Mile High once as an away fan, very good home crowd environment. [Post edited 18 Jan 22:19]

Im going for a Seahawks Broncos super bowl.
Seahawks are just humming. The defence is insanely dominant. You cant run on them, Kyren Williams who likes to run hard and up the gut will have issues with that interior Dline and then the DBs are just absolute monster. Witherspoon and Emmanwori will be tough matchup for Puka.
No Nix for the Broncos is a big loss but Payton has a very good record with backup QBs will keep it simple for Stidham and lean on a very good defense. | |

Amazing game the Bills one was. Allen is so safe with the ball in the post season, was a shock to see some of those turnovers especially the one right before the half which gave up a field goal. Running a play was a risky shout in itself but whatever Allen tried there was very silly. As good as Allen is though, that roster just isnt set up to win a super bowl.
Great win for the Rams in a difficult spot. Stafford and McVay know how to get it done. But I do strongly fancy the seahawks. | |
