Just to annoy some of you a bit more, some rumours floating about Spurs are interested in Fabian Hurzeler.

Brighton job available soon 😮

If it happens it happens.

With our squad and the outlay behind the whole project we'll have incredibly high profile managers interested to take us on.

It may be soon. May be end of season maybe some time after that. But when it does happen we know we wont be looking at a paul lambert.

It would be another odd move from Spurs.

Both he and Frank have coached mid-table prem teams operating in a very defined structure and with players who have been developed over a period of time, with no instant success. Also, neither has won anything (although signficantly over achieved) and has been given time in relatively low-pressure environments.

Spurs seem to want overnight success, have expectations beyond their realistic situation, and a lot of their fans want a manager who has previously won something.

Maybe we can put a cheeky offer in for Lucas Bergwall

Ipswich Town FC since 1981

I think Brighton would be more amenable to McK than Palace, and more likely than Spurs or ManUtd, but there are dominos to fall before it's even an issue.

Precisely.

I would be delighted if after the manager merry-go-round we ended up with Thomas Frank.

Clubs need to learn - stop taking managers from Brighton and Brentford. They succeed there because of the background setup, largely.

There's a part of me that's very interested to see it happen.

We're clearly trying to go down the Brighton/Brentford route and, if so, the ability to replace KMc with another manager who simply slots into the bigger jigsaw is going to be an integral part.

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.
