still up for grabs tonite…surprising really as I’m sure when we were in this position a couple of years ago we were selling a lot more

It's probably incredibly unfair, but I think there's perhaps a feeling amongst the fan-base that our position this time around is a little more fragile?

There's certainly not the wave of euphoria around the club that there was in 2023/24, and there are certainly some fans (albeit quieter at the moment) who believe we're where we are despite our performances, rather than because of them.

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

Do we potentially have an extra block or two available tonight due to poor Bristol City sales?

Also worth pointing out tickets were cheaper a couple of years back - I imagine for some families that might be a tipping point for a January evening game. The club look like they already factored the January evening being an issue with the member guest offer.

Second home game in four days. Tuesday night. Post Xmas January belt tightening. Available to stream (again). Suspect a few people chose between Sat and Tues. Brizzle probably haven't sold a load.

Worth taking into account that we are charging £38 a ticket tonight.

Ridiculous.

For both Rotherham and Bristol City Tuesday night games in January 23/24 we got just over 28,000, it won’t be far off that tonight, it’s no big deal

We didn’t have the resale platform 2 seasons ago.

There seem to be quite a few season ticket holders that live away, that don’t make evening games.

I'm still tentative. My wife is working in London today so I'll have to pick her up from the station later. I'll try to sweet-talk her into a couple of beers and a football match to break the work week up a bit (although we've been to the last 3 home games so might be a hard sell). The boy won't need convincing!

the resale platform isn’t something I’d considered..so season tickets are always counted as attended whether they do or not…so if they put their ticket up for resale and it doesn’t sell does that mean it isn’t added ?

Yeah, I put mine on resale an hour or so ago having realised that I just have too much work today and tomorrow to cope with getting home at about midnight. Annoying.

I doubt anyone will buy it at short notice but suspect the decent Sky coverage has an impact as much as the opportunity to resale. Midweek games, sometimes work gets in the way.

Believe it will show in the attendance figures either way, but will show as an available ticket, if you are looking on the ticket site.

Not sure I agree with your reasoning here.

I mean seriously anyone that is not going to see us based on performance level is nonsense. Won last 5 at home. 2nd top goalscorers, one of the best defensive records. Arguably better player for player than in 2023 although granted there was more of a team feel to the team. Have a chance to go 2nd.

If it was Saturday 3pm I’m sure we’d have sold out.

Can't find the link to the resale site - I'm down with the Covid, so won't be going...

I'm not there. Clearly my "sweet-talk" is lacking.
