Grade 1 listing too, not just your run of the mill grade 2 listing.

I hadn't realised it was as large a company as it is.

Fantastic news for the town! Lots of investment and hopefully lots of well paid people going and spending money in local businesses and buying houses locally!

Yep! I live in IP1 so very close and it's great news for the town. Ipswich is a brilliant place to live!

Hopefully things like this will help the town. Fed up of people saying they go to Bury but not Ipswich etc.

Certainly shouldn't be underestimated what one company can do for the local area in a smaller market, especially a growing firm.

Hopefully they can keep increasing their headcount and buy more places then it can become a bit of a mini tech hub alternative outside of the city.

Like Austin became to Silicon Valley!

Yes, it was at one time the building anywhere in the country listed soonest after its construction. Still might be for all I know.

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

No they weren’t …. They were chosen to help with the ambience of the employees minds … calm and relaxing I believe.

I think there was/is a brown too ?

And despite the presumption that a building can't be listed until it is at least 30 years old.

Amongst your joy, maybe spare a thought for us Willis employees as nothing is being communicated to us at the moment as regards where/if we fit in with the building's future owners.

I must have missed the influx of money & gentrification of Stowmarket where they've been based for 17 years
