We probably travelled down yesterday and will travel back today.
Monday would have been used to prepare for Portsmouth game, and we will still only have 3 days to prepare for Saturday, where Derby will have had five.
The travel time has not been reduced, albeit less fatigue from not playing and potential of injury returnees.

Aside from all the physical preparation, what are the psychological effects of having a postponed game? You're up for something, then it doesn't happen. You're built up mentally, then stood down. That's happened twice and can be deflating.

I don't think it is, chance we could start just getting further behind and pressure mounting, also it's hardly going to reduce fixture congestion. Have you seen April and the amount of games, not good to be playing catch up with the constant reference of a game in hand. |  |
