OP thinking that Spurs are holding out for a manager, which they are.

Not until the summer at least.

Can’t see it, we were poor in the prem and considering the money spent not guaranteed promotion from the championship.

Would think Spurs fans would be deeply unimpressed

The only Muff in Town.
Poll: Lamberts rotational policy has left us....

Sensible move. Get someone in to see out the season then the new manager can make the squad their own. You would have to be mad to take it permanently right now.

Truly impaired.

Ah yes true. But no I don't think we should be worried regardless. The fans and owners are all deluded and want some big name

Off-topic, but I will find it very funny if Spurs get relegated - I highly doubt that it’ll happen though.

Next season, no European football for them, a much lower transfer budget and the possibility that their better players will leave due to no continental competition. It’ll be quite interesting to see what happens to them.

This.

Poch has said he wants to end up back at Spurs, and he's available after the WC.

Fair chance that the Brighton, Palace and Spurs jobs are all available in the summer.

Let's cross that bridge when we come to that though.

That would be funny, even more so if we went up and didn't have to compete against them next season.

Its unlikely but the way they've looked lately I don't know where their next win is coming from.

I doubt that they’ll go down but I’d imagine that staying up won’t ease their problems at all. I think a few of their players agents will be pressured into find them a better club.

Exactly. We didn’t really put up any sort of fight really and both the team and McKenna were left wanting. Spurs will get another big name in and hopefully fail again

I would say if we don’t go up the it’s highly likely that Kmc would move, certainly Palace, Brighton and now Forest will be watching our situation very closely.

Edit that, just seen Pereira is the new Forest boss…..for now.
