But that was a poor ref bottling a big decision
This was just a ref making stuff up
The ref had a line of sight, there is virtually no contact

as bad a decsion ive seen and in the context of the game situation and our season just gutting.
Not a lot going for us at the moment.

Yeah you almost have to laugh after Saturday, you really can’t make it up but we had a big part to play in not seeing that out as well.
Just a crap 4 days, not over but Boro do the job tomorrow and it will look a long slog back. The ref wasn’t at fault for our first half either.

We've been here befor: Middlesbrough will balls it up at least three times before the end of the season.
However, because of two referees in a row, we now can only balls it up OR have a duff referee once between now and the end of the season. |  | | |

Surely the notion must go into a ref's head that it is injury time, the losing team will be trying anything legal or otherwise to get an equalizer and be on the lookout for dives etc. The guy is was not connected to the realities of football. Equally the ref on Saturday not being aware that in injury time a team will do anything legal or otherwise to preserve a lead. Muppets, both of them, completely lacking awareness. | | | |
