Unless we lose the next two, including Saints giving us a hiding.

Yes, Saints only being 6 goals behind would be the worry there. If we were to lose our final two, it wouldn't take too much effort for them to overhaul that gap in GD.

Can't see Leicester helping us out. They've dropped out the league and won't give much of a rats ass for what games they got remaining. Playing for pride and all that but somehow think it won't be applicable for the game in question. Lions simply have everything to play for with a chance of featuring again at top level since 1990 without need of play-off involvement if they win their remaining games. They'll give it all they got and expect an away team victory, unfortunately.

WBA for us probably similar to Charlton tonight where we'll be expected by neutrals to come out three points but chances are it could go either way. Our goal difference remember over others has to be worth an extra point in itself.

Match or better Millwall's Friday result and we are in very good shape.

A Millwall draw would be nice but can't see it.

Think WBA will be tougher than Charlton, the baggies are unbeaten in 9 I think an up their in form table. Hopefully we can get over the line.

They may relax somewhat given they are safe* but yes, it is normally a tough game at the Hawthorns regardless.

* Potential points deduction may still keep them burning.

How Leicester would it be that WBA point deduction keeps them up?

Very, but if Leicester stay up as a result, that would also mean they did us a huge favour Friday!

Yeah, I've over thought every situation available in my head.. haha
If they lost, it would give us a chance on Saturday for sure (GD aside)

Apart of me knows Leicester can actually perform with that squad, but we all know it's unlikely, so the obvious just needs to be the goal here.

We could really do with winning and winning well on Saturday. We don”t want Southampton being in a position where beating us 3-0 sees them leap frog us into 2nd place, or take our place as main challenger to Millwall.

Another scenario is if millwall draw and we draw, then we can lose at southampton.

I think Saints beat us based on their form and our away form, so really hoping we can get 3 pts from WBA - especially as they are safe now. Is it me or do we not have a great record at Wrst Brom? Might be regency bias of recent years?

If both teams win at the weekend, and we are level with Saints with 10-15 mins to go, it will be interesting to see how we approach it. A draw against Saints is meaningless in that situation

We've drawn 1 and lost 6 of our last 7 visits there!

Before that, and in my regular away travel days, I never saw us lose there. In fact, from 1984 to 2003, we were unbeaten against them in 25 matches (H&A).

What a run in Milwall have post Norwich.

Finishing with Leicester and Oxford both after relegation is confirmed too. I think they win both.

We have WBA who are now safe but no doubt feeling good. Southampton in barn storming form and QPR I'd hope we'd beat but have had an ok season. I think we need 7 from 9 or its play offs for maybe 6 given the GD.

Leicester to "play for pride"?
Almost certainly the highest paid squad in the League who have passively limped to relegation? Many of their players won't even be at the club next season.
Very little chance they put in any sort of performance.
