He has been directly responsible for several goals this season, by making non-challenges for high balls. Dont expect him to win it, but he basically cops out.

I feel for him. We're in full defensive mode and tats never his game.

We have to be a lot more progressive and play to his strengths.

But yes he always feels like he's in 2nd gear when we don't have the ball.
