Speaking as one of the very few who were standing up for him and fighting his corner way back in last autumn, I'm extremely pleased for Kasey. Got unwarranted dogs abuse, even when he wasn't playing! At least 2 of us knew what was there, and you've not seen it all yet by any means. Not all players grow into a new club and surroundings at the same rate and most don't come with a price tag on their heads like his, along with the expectancy that came with it. It shows what a bit of patience can sometimes do
Now I ask for the same patience with SWE. As far as I'm concerned this season was a free hit for him. Not going to judge him on anything till we get going into the next one, assuming he's here. Of course, in todays world, patience is a rare commodity, as many want and expect everything and they expected it yesterday. |  | | |

How do you determine that it was too much money?
If, in two seasons, he is a regular for us in the Premier League having kept us up next season, how much would you think he would be worth then? His fee was always about potential as much as what we were getting immediately. The same applies to Walle Egeli. | |
